DUE DATES FOR PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES 

• First Term: On or before 9th April. 
• Second Term: On or before 25th August. 
• Third Term: On or before 30th November.

Notes & Conditions:

• New Admissions: The first-term fee is payable at admission and includes a registration amount equivalent to 5% of the annual tuition fee. This amount forms part of the first-term fee and is not an additional charge.
• Re-registration: Continuing students must pay the first-term fee in advance to confirm re-registration for the following academic year. This includes a re-registration amount equivalent to 5% of the annual tuition fee, which forms part of the first-term fee. 
• Outstanding Fees: Parents are requested to settle fees by the stipulated deadlines. Late or non-payment will be handled in accordance with ADEK regulations and applicable procedures. 
• Discounts and Concessions: Details of available discounts, eligibility criteria and terms can be obtained from the school office, subject to approved schemes. 
• Transportation Fees: Transport fees, payment terms, withdrawal procedures and applicable refunds are governed by the school’s Transportation Policy and ADEK requirements. 
• Policy Compliance: All fees, payment arrangements and refunds are subject to applicable ADEK regulations and the school’s approved policies. 
• Payment Enquiries: For assistance with fee payments, outstanding balances, discounts or receipts, please contact the school Accounts Department. 
• CBSE Board Examination Fees: Students in Grades 10 and 12 are required to pay the applicable CBSE board examination fees, including any approved administrative charges, in accordance with CBSE requirements and applicable ADEK regulations.
